Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Element Poker ("the App") handles information. The App is a single-player card strategy game. Core gameplay is available offline, but advertising and security services may use a network connection.

Information Stored on Your Device

The App stores gameplay progress and preferences locally, including unlocked levels, star results, selected hero, completed-win counters, music settings, and vibration settings. This information is used to provide game functionality and is not uploaded by the core gameplay system.

Tracking Permission and Advertising Identifier

On supported iOS versions, the App may request permission through Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework before accessing the advertising identifier (IDFA). You may allow or deny this request. If permission is denied, restricted, or unavailable, the App does not receive the IDFA through this request. You can change tracking permissions in iOS Settings.

Advertising Services

The App includes third-party advertising SDKs that may provide rewarded advertisements: Chartboost, Yandex Mobile Ads, Vungle, and InMobi. Activated advertising providers may process device information, advertising identifiers when permitted, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, app interaction data, diagnostics, and ad performance data according to their own privacy policies. The specific provider used can depend on remotely supplied advertising configuration and ad availability.

Network Requests

The App contacts a remote configuration service using the app's bundle identifier to obtain active advertising unit settings. Advertising SDKs may then connect to their own services to load and display ads. The core card game does not require an account or a network connection.

Security Service

The App includes HSSecurity for app security and integrity functions on supported physical devices. The service is initialized with the app identifier and a device vendor identifier (IDFV). This information may be processed for fraud prevention, abuse detection, security, and service integrity.

Accounts, Purchases, and User Content

The App does not require you to create an account. The App does not ask you to submit names, email addresses, messages, photos, contacts, or other user-generated content through the game.

Children's Privacy

The App is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information may contact us using the address below.

Data Retention and Control

Local gameplay data remains on your device until it is reset within the App, removed by clearing app data, or deleted when the App is uninstalled, subject to iOS backup behavior. Information processed by third-party advertising or security providers is retained under those providers' policies. You can limit ad tracking through iOS privacy settings.

Third-Party Policies

Third-party advertising and security providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Their practices may differ from ours. Please review the privacy information made available by Chartboost, Yandex, Vungle, InMobi, and any security service presented with the App.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, legal requirements, or integrated services change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
